She will do that. I spent countless hours playing word games with her. Total waste of my time. She will call you a liar if you use the wrong word, but she just "mis-speaks" when she gets caught telling a complete fabrication. You can provide all the backup you can find - including the actual agreement, but she knows better than the writers of the contract not to mention anyone who dares to challenge her on this board.
“HUMBL Inc.” and the “Inc.” is important, cannot be used. They can use “Humbl”…but not “Humbl Inc.”. It is not their company.
This is why they need to get the name change and ticker change done…because it is obviously creating confusion even with people who should probably know.
And there is one thing the SEC does not like…companies that are not clear and there disclosures create confusion in the marketplace.
