I'm not sure what you mean be that, but if you're saying we'll become a manufacturing giant once again, and that the dreaded "globalization" will fail into the distance as we guard our new Fortress America, which will be protectionist, isolationist, and, in my view, an unpleasant place to live. But probably it'll take years to get there, and I'll have shaken off this mortal coil long before it happens.
