Folks got to remember that mug shots are not done to make ya look good. for instance, his hair would be very recently combed in the web pic. The web pics have all likely been altered a bit to enhance. The jail pic they already took your comb by then. And those kinds of drugs change a person's appearance big time, in a short time. And besides all that, the dude is looking at very serious charges. He's not smiling and all happy.
These pics look like to be the same person to me. One of good times and one of bad. They eyes are the same color as well.
