I don't think anyone here is .... dumb ..... but how many times has it been asserted that news is "soon" or any day now or ... this week ..... from the same person over and over and over again ..... and it is never correct. Bound to be right on occasion when you say it literally every week for years. But it is otherwise .... worthless ... words on anonymous internet message board ..... no facts ... no reasoning ... no nothing. Worthless hopium.
It doesn't take 16 months to hammer out a deal like this under normal circumstances so what's the real story for a basic small initial build out of a fuel terminal. It's been 7 1/2 months ... literally and CBRF mgmt has basically said one sentence on the terminal ..... >>>>> "With regards to the GREEN Energy Campus, the Company is continuing its steady progress in finalizing contracts with third-party companies."<<<<< .... on December 13, 2024. Which really doesn't say much of anything outside of .... we're still working on it which quite frankly may or may not be true today. And everyone knows CRBF mgmt asserted that a JV deal for terminal would likely follow not long after closing the Lorton deal. Bottomline ..... Mgmt has not earned any level of credibility ... so anything they say is subject to being questioned. The track record speaks for itself and they've offered nothing of value for the last 15 months.
Hence not surprised by dangriff asking the question about ... how long is too long ? But don't believe the daily/weekly assertions of news.
