Yeah…but the question is when did they “close”. Dec. 2 when they signed the APA? December 31 when the payment was due? January 15th when the Def14C went effective? January 31 when the amendment was signed extending the FINRA date? Sometime in Feb when WSCG started using the Humbl name and website…Or now with the completion of the transaction?
I suspect they are leaving it all ambiguous so that they can extract the last bit cash from the market and need to keep the “HUMBL” connection going.
But I would bet they should be using the January 15 “Effective date…which would mean March 16.
They are obviously still using the name/brand/website. It was listed in the Humbl Inc. press release today.
At some point though the confusion will start to create a regulatory risk. They have an obligation to be transparent and complete in their disclosures.
