So you are saying Paul is selling restricted shares in the market? The shares issued were restricted. So spare me the theory of selling and diluting in The open market.

One question for anyone who is upset with dilution. What did you expect when they went public? The main reason anyone goes public is to raise money. It’s not a shocker. Imo
