And ...I find it interesting that's it's 11....which is almost the same number (12) as the oriiginal reverse....wonder why?

We receive 11 RKT shares for each COOP share. Rocket currently trading around $13 so it is ~11 x $13 = $143

The factor 11 seems to be fix IMO, but have to check that. When rocket rises to $20, then it's $220 IMO, when $25 it is $275

Where is there dilution? There are no new COOP sharers issued, we will receive Rocket shares.

11x 63 million shares (appr)=700 million (appr) shares issued to COOP holders..

That's a lot of dillution...not sure how I feel long term....may lead to a reverse.
