"Isn't the Calase debacle over right ? Why no merger news from George ? George has 4 tickers and not 1 of them has merged in over three years, actually going on 4 years now."
Shows it was filed on March 24, 2025 so I'm surprised it hasn't gotten much (any?) of a mention. Is it no big deal?
A quick read says that there will be a "Status Check" on April 15, whatever that's for. But is Calasse appealing the recent dismissal? (Filing a writ?????). What does "assert claims" mean?
I ask because I believe I read (memory problems) that GS was thinking of filing a lawsuit against Calasse about the tanking of the pps during the court case but that it was going to be withdrawn because it was thought that Calasse wasn't going to appeal the dismissal. Now it appears he is ("asset claims") so that lawsuit might be on again. So is WNFT looking at two new court cases?
George Sharp - CEO of FORW, SRNW, WNFT & GVSI @GeorgeASharp Also, you all knew about the Calasse appeal. Why would you not think that it would affect negotiations? How can a merger take place when the share structure is not certain? You all need to take a breathe and think before you hit the "BUY" button. 7:13 AM · Jul 8, 2022·Twitter Web App
Anyhow, it seems GS has been quite busy and not just with Calasse or with his horses. He, still, sometimes tweets about tickers that he thinks are "scams" (shit) and there's this for April 2 (No, I haven't checked to see if it's still on):
MW: What has been your favorite part about being in racing?
GS: The action, the excitement. The feeling you get when you get your picture taken in the winner's circle. It doesn't matter if it's a stakes race or a claiming race. Tim Yakteen calls me an action junkie.
