2. Will result in $8-9 MM in shareholder equity.
3. Operating History they meet easily
4. Amount of publicly held shares they meet
5. MMakers they meet
6. Shareholdder count they meet
7. Value of public float they do not yet.

Corporate Governance is easily worked out as to "independent" BOD, Comp Committee etc...
