Given Pazdur's efforts in expanded access and Project Facilitate and lack of involvement in vaccines, he doesn't seem to clash with RFK Jr. and would seem to be a candidate to stay. Nonetheless if he goes it would be a clean sweep.

As to saying he may have something or another, that is ambiguous enough not to be a prediction, lol.

I’ll make another prediction: Pazdur is staying put and he may end up having even more authority within the FDA than he’s had until now.

My prediction is RFK Jr, will select something truly horrendous to replace Marks. Will leeches come back as a curative next in the new HHS?
