The Dark Pulse Technology product might be everything the CEO claims it is -- superior resolution quality, lower upfront cost, lower cost to maintain after installation -- but why hasn't one company even tried it? It seems the problem is with the CEO.
If Dennis would resign and turn the company over to someone who knows how to run a public company -- a former CEO of a SUCCESSFUL domestic competitor for example -- this ticker would fly on the breaking news. But sh'ers shouldn't count on that. Dennis still thinks he's the smartest businessman in the room.
