Let’s deal in the facts.

The 552,029 B shares issued to the “investors” had an “additional paid in capital” value of $39,961. That was their supposed “investment”.

Each B share was convertible into 10,000 common shares.

That is a cost basis of of just over $0.000007 per common share.

THEY WOULD MAKE MONEY ALL THE WAY DOWN TO $0.0001.

It was only a question of how much.

And it’s over $50 million.

You can try to hide that fact with a bullshit word salad…but those are the numbers.
