I've used up my PACER freebies for this Q, I need to wait till the first to even run a docket list request or I'll have to pay for all 300 pages and + whatever else I were to download.

It's sure as heck valuable and been super appreciated and super helpful to giving much deeper insights on these hustles.... when you can get it....but yeah....no way you want to be blowing $coin unless absolutely critical to an immediate issue...

I think we can probably "read the tea leaves" pretty much via seeing what gets posted-up to PACER.. in terms of motion(s) or does the judge rule on something specific etc...

And Broward...one of the coolest state court sites I've ever crossed paths with ...I helped bust down a OTC penny scam out of FL and a lot of it revolved around that Broward court....it was gold...total gold to help feed tips to key people working to bust the clowns in question on that hustle.....that clerk and court... they post-up pretty much everything....PDF....download for free...etc....great court site !

INND: UPDATE ON PACER MOORE BK FILING

Dang...."something" posted up....looks like a PDF "with audio"....but the dang description doesn't say much as to it being a "Court order" or "final ruling" or "Dismissed" or "Change this to Chapter 7 from 11" among the numerous issues to have been pled before the judge today....

I was hoping PACER would have "tipped" more in the wording/sub-text. Often I can pretty much tell what the jest is...just be the PACER docketed wording....
