So lets start with a question you might be able to shed light on given your familiarity with many things HUMBL.

What is your take on the asset transfer to WSCG of the nine real estate parcels listed in the Def14C for the "deal"? A basic review of comps doesn't come anywhere close to the "$45 million" provided in the press release about said deal.

So what do you think is missing?
