On the surface it looks bad and Chad seems to show zero concern for his reputation and even LESS concern for the people who put up money! AT THE VERY LEAST a close look at all this is needed! If he has done no wrong great! But what i think and obviously others think seems to be emerging as correct! Do people not find this a little tough to swallow?

I couldn't agree more man, but outside of somebody with the means & knowledge hiring a private investigator, I'm not sure what the average shareholder can do about it.
The SEC has very little information and says to contact the company, which we all know isn't possible. OTC Markets says they cannot provide any information, due to their confidentiality agreement.
While a lot of money to most of us, this is small potatoes on the grand scale. The perfect place for criminals and fraudsters to hide.
