I like the acquisition as much as you can like a drug company who doesn't have an approved drug yet, it sounds good. I'm no drug expert so can't give you a medical opinion on how great it is. What I do like although expensive it was funded through a manageable amount of cash/debt, and if it hit it is another drug that has potential to be very helpful to the top and bottom line, read off the CMRX presentation that it has a 750 million market. considering there are no drug met in this space is my understanding could be wrong, as I can't say I'm a medical expert. That would be helpful, they have other drugs too in lower levels of development so that is not the only thing JAZZ would be getting as there are a few more lets call them prospects that may amount to something in the long run. Now Jazz was up the day of the announcement, don't believe this is the reason why it is down. I think three reason healthcare was very weak yesterday, very weak, technically the stock once it dropped below the $134-135 level, next level was around $127-130, so there was some technical reasons. Now for the fundamental reason I wonder if trump talking about tariffs on pharma being produced I think is the issue that is scaring a lot of drug stocks too, but who knows if they get passed.

But to be fair the acquisition is not the reason I like JAZZ. Don't get me wrong if that drug gets approved that could help, but it is not the reason I like it, because as I said it is an unknown at this point. I like it for it's consistent growth on both top and bottom lines. I think Zantidamab has potential to be a huge drug for them as it is potentially just getting started with it's first approval granted in a small patient base, but heck the fact that it was approved make the drug possible very credible for the long-term 2 billion+ peak potential of this drug. I like that most of there key drugs patent expiration for most are in the 2030's hence that is very helpful knowing the drugs aren't coming off quickly as well. They have a share buyback, and the stock is trading at about 5.5x time this years estimates. That is why I like it. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
