So either this means nothing to any future merger because this seems more like a personal spat between sharp and calasse, or it could mean long delay because no merger partner wants to inherit active lawsuits? The share issue was dismissed which would be the most important thing to any potential merger. Either way, this personal lawsuit could go on for a while unless they both agree to drop it. I hate our so called judicial system. Such a joke, the whole thing. Wiped us out here 99% and nobody has a care in the world about it.
