For sure --- at this very moment - the common share holders - US - own 100% of the company - FACT

At same time - the GOV owns "paper - certificates - securities - contracts - WHATEVER -- in the Senior Preferred Series and Warrants then if converted and or executed could give the GOV nearly 99% ownership (mostly via the LP/SP if Converted to common ---- the Warrants if exercised would give the GOV almost 80% of the common and thus almost 80% of the ownership ---

But - at the moment WE own 100% of the company
