Thx Dew . I sold SWAV when they were bt out . Not doing much in biotech these days besides small spec positions in OCUL , VERA, RZLT , ARDX and UNCY
UNCY and RZLT are very spec near term
RZLT has an interim readout to be published early Q2 ...which has 3 possible outcomes . Continue as is or add more patients or stop for futility .
Stop for futility seems unlikely but add more patients seems to be a risk the market is pricing in .
UNCY ..PDUFA date in June 25th and their Naz non compliance extension is up July 11th .
So question is " Do they do a reverse split before the FDA decision date or gamble they will be approved and the stock will be over $1 for the time required to avoid delisting "
Do you or any others here have an opinion on that ?
May 1st is probably the deadline to file a R/S as it takes up to 2 mths to get all the R/S paper work done , submitted and approved etc .
