Funny you say that. They totally just screwed me and a family member out of the referral fee through their refer-a-friend program. I can see many others online have been complaining about going through the exact same experience for years now. There absolutely should be a class action lawsuit against their refer-a-friend scam. I was supposed to get $100 and the person I referred was supposed to get $100, but instead they play all these games and just offer you small credits to your account in hopes you will just shut up and move on. They gave me a $30 account credit instead of two $100 Visa gift cards as promised in the deal. That's also after wasting my time with way too many phone calls. Tomorrow morning, I'm contacting all the law firms who have run the previous class actions against tmobile. I've been a Tmobile customer for something like 23 years and will be porting my number over to a new company ASAP.
Problems in the near future. Class Action, Rico charges and Patent infringement filed against AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile etc. This has been going on for many years and is finally getting close to a resolution. This should be hitting the news sometime this year. The lawsuits will add up to be in the Billions $$$. Look into VPLM stock before this hits the news.
