I agree with you Dino. Delfin’s best bet is to R/M with TGLO. They know well the current shell is worth 150M. This project is multi of billions of dollars, and no better way to raise that revenue than to pull out that Super 8-K. Private investors will be hesitant as no revenue is coming in and won’t come in for at least 4-5 years. The words are spelled out for this stock.
