It is a shell company that is trading on the expert markets. 🤣 This company is trying to con you all again. They must be trying to wrap up the leak-out conversions early to move to the reg A to pay on the two acquisitions. A non reporting shell trading on the expert market isn't going to help. No reverse split? "...The transaction will not require a reverse stock split of ASII's common stock, as all currently issued and outstanding stock will be exchanged into EVCO stock once the merger is complete...." That statement really doesn't say anything since EVCO is a non-reporting shell trading on the expert market. We will see how many fools fall for this today. 🤭
