He could be lying about what he's claimed to have spent. He's not had a good track record of getting things done. We are on like year 3 of trying to get a name change. Then we were told he would retire 2bn, just for him to turn around and issue 2bn. I truly hope this offering doesn't fill. At this point, I would rather Marshal lose.
