All Pulte needs to do is work with Congress to void the SPSP Warrants.

The decision on what to do with the seniors and warrants is in the hands of Scott Bessent. Congress could force his hand, but anything Congress does would need approval from Trump (by signing whatever bill into law), whereas Trump can just tell Bessent what to do directly without needing Congress (much simpler).

This would help to put things right before ending the Conservatorship.
