What have you been right about on this Sharp scam?

Sharp filed a Form 15 on 04/26/2024 - that was 11 months ago and Sharp still hasn't filed a new Form 10 and in almost 4 years Sharp hasn't filed 211 with FINRA so it is still a Unsolicited Quotes Only stock.

Is this case officially closed? I missed that part.

I just checked the Clark County website and it doesn't say it was dismissed, it says they are scheduling something. Not sure what that means, but it's not the dismissal people said would happen.
