Astra Zeneca is clearly not afraid of being sued by Halo and Alteogen is up 12%, close to all time highs. It's rather confusing but something other than SC keytruda may be behind Halo's recent stock action. By the way, as far as I know it is almost impossible for US based investors to buy Alteogen's shares.
