There's a PACER lawsuit....that is still "live"....and what is fascinating....is the clerk and docket entries....show at one point the CEO Brian Foote was incarcerated in a DE state prison....a mega prison....very well known....

IF you can cruise through the docket entries and maybe the original formal complaint and especially PROCESS OF SERVICE as to the defendant BRIAN FOOTE....maybe it can be ascertained where they served process on him....as in....was he in lock-down in a DE prison when this happened....as the Federal clerk and court sure as shit did not make that docket entry by mistake....not a chance.....the Foote attorney would have fixed that in a nano second....

Look at "PARTIES"....and sure as heck....BRIAN FOOTE is listed as "BRIAN FOOTE, James T. Vaughn Correctional Center 1181 Paddock Road
Smyrna, DE 19977" WTF ???

I'm trying to see if they show in the lawsuit and WHERE THEY SERVED HIM, Brian Foote defendant..... was he incarcerated at that DE state prison address at the time....because as far as the court seems to be concerned....HE WAS (past tense) INCARCERATED....in that DE prison.... at least when that lawsuit kicked off....

IF you have the time and it's not too much effort....would appreciate anything you can find as always....this HUMBL gig is dirty as they come...and I'm working on busting it down once and for good.....get some clown indicted....etc....

Any chance you can access the BK filing....latest one by the trustee on PACER ?

Very curious as to what these filings are saying....the Trustee is part of the cadre...along with the "stiffed creditors"...pushing the judge and Court to move this POS from Chapter 11 to full blown Chapter 7 liquidation....as they DO NOT TRUST DADDY MARK LEE MOORE MORE....that he has any intention to follow through on some bullshit "workout plan"....when they know the MOORE CRIME CLAN are hustlers...cons...broke...and always SELF ENRICH over paying their debts and creditors and bills due....
