Super. Well managed, much better likely than i would have done, then again if in your position who knows. I even have less personal reason for concern with any of it, because as mentioned before here, at the age of 60 (five years before i had ever intended to get out), because the co-owner then called and told me she wanted to sell, i jumped. i had worked out that if i stayed in until 65, or longer, the pension i could have gained from it would never have been big enough to allow me to buy, so took the chance and took all had in the fund (started teaching late so wasn't near the max, others had) and bought out the remaining two-thirds of the house i'm in now. It was about the only good financial decision of my whole life.
I do though feel bad now for young people, and others, who are priced out of the housing market these days. It's as bad here as it is there and worldwide. And it never was Biden's fault. Will always ever say how lucky i've been that she decided to sell just as i'd reached 60.
