I have a feeling they will stay quiet still and feel out the market for contracts now that permits are secured. I wouldn't be surprised if they kept us waiting a few months more before we get some progress, but just a guess. Any real buyers will likely move quick. The rest aren't worth waiting around for and can be picked up later.
