So, people with money decided that they didn't want to die from covid and moved to the sticks. That's been a trend for the last few years. Where my family lives they just watch them come and go like snowbirds, but they are still sucking up the property and that's why somebody might get the stinkeye at Walmart and decide to pack their bags.
