It was Chemonics, not USAID that was the bad actor.

And I said was any company that had that terrible of a track record of deliveries should not be getting 17.3 billion dollars. I said they should not get another penny after that happened and yet here we are handing money to them year after year.

There's absolutely no reason why our government should extort taxes from us and then on top of that go into debt as we act as a hero to every other place in the world on borrowed money.

I've heard several people argue that if we don't do it China will do it instead like that's a bad thing.

Let them bankrupt themselves, let them endlessly print money doing this nonsense.
