This is obviously an exception. Had GTC not had the regular quarterly CC scheduled for Monday morning, I think they would have waited until Monday to issue the PR. However, under the circumstances, it was good IR to release the news Friday to give investors time to assimilate it before the CC.

Of course they are. Fortunately, this is more of a problem for PharmAthene than it is for GTC.
