That's correct.With the exception of North Korea,China and of course Russia most everyone else wants the guarantee he won't invade anyone else.

If they both agree to the cease fire and Putin doesn't honor it, then all bets are off and we then continue to fund them. But, with the same agreement that Europe has that Ukraine will somehow pay us back.
And, how about we match what Europe gives them?
Putin is never going to give back what he has taken already, just like he still has Crimea. Which was taken during the Obama years.
