“ conservatorship “ deserve and justly require compensation. Within the (Bill of Rights) the citizens shall not be “ harmed “. The illegal and unconstitutional conduct of United States Treasury has grossly and unfairly harmed shareholders and other citizens. This gross negligence and harm requires definitive restitution to Fannie and Freddie Shareholders, ASAP…!
