First of all let's be clear. Im not happy with what has occurred or not occurred. As far as I'm concerned it has not been proven that it's a scam. Could be incompetence or a lack of finances to get the job done. What do we say if they get something done? I guess its not a scam anymore. Not happy but reserving final judgement.
