Well, like I wrote, it was an editorial in a local paper maybe 40 years ago, so no link. Even if I could unearth it, you would need a password to read it

Believe me or not, no matter, I just thought it might be another thing to think about, a peek into his personality. Maybe he no longer misrepresents people to spice up his narratives, I have no idea, but when called out way back when he expressed no remorse.

Not saying you shouldn’t believe him, especially if you agree with him (ahem). I am saying that some people are wary of accepting him at face value. Look at all the people who swear by James O’Keefe

What can I say other than this is full of misinformation

1) The Brand Names Outlet Mall (Tanger) isn’t even in Southold Town
2) total misrepresentation of the Strawberry Festival , literally nothing he writes about it is true
3) in between the mall and the ferry are maybe 10 villages, clearly not only Main Street
4) characterizing residents as inbred farmers, real estate investors and volunteer firemen is clearly a slap in the face of residents and insanely inaccurate
5) There’s no ferry to the Indian casinos, it’s to New London and puts you right onI95 and at the Amtrak station. My parents walked onto the ferry to get to the train that stops there to go to Boston
6) the real terrorism danger is the nuclear power plant in Waterford, which, if you look at a map is uncomfortably close to Long Island. No need to let facts get in the way of his inane rant
7) I was never a fan of Josh, but to claim he was elected because he wears shoes is a disservice to the residents and is as funny as bird shit landing on your new hat.
