Yes dilution is inevitable in this scenario if the capital structure is to be realigned there by infusing
value in favor of escrow shareholders.
YET AS OF ABOUT 6 months ago you come up with this new found idea that shares need to be issued and it is supposed to be some NEW FOUND REVELATION talk about trash talk.........
Not sure ya realize it yet BUTT, ya dun fell off of that pedestal you put yourself on..........
