Here is an update. The more the stock falls, the larger the eventual RS will have to be. In order to maintain $2.00 price for the initial uplist, lets see - about a 1 for 30 at the current price should give enough sell off room. Nothing else with this stock matters as far as shareholders are concerned, lol.
