Not necessarily. From my understanding the China numbers are good and the pharmacy numbers are always good. The entire market is falling apart.

Poor leadership and the lack of communication by CEO to shareholders is why the price continues to spiral down.

Fernandez has been mute about the future for over 2yrs now. Without a hint of what the CEO plans to do post-merger it leaves investors in the dark; thus making it difficult to attract new money here.
