I don’t believe K-Mart stopped releasing their public filings which provided shareholders with the status of their business operations. This allowed shareholders to make informed decisions on their K-Mart investments. Don’t see how this compares to snpw. Ps. Did snpw release a quarterly filing covering any of the 2024 quarters?

And K-Mart went belly up and those investors in K-mart lost everything, now didn't they?
