It’s not about land. It’s about having a strong manufacturing facility approved by the fda and the dea in the USA at a time 10’s of companies will clog the system with new requests.

Trump is changing the world. Weather you like it or not. This is happening. Through merger or buyout this is the cheapest way to bypass the tariffs

I see the facility as a way for a foreign pharmaceutical to get their foot in the door (USA).
The facility could save them billion$ per year making their NDAs here in the country by avoiding expensive tariffs.
