Chesterfield Police investigating after Tesla crashes into tree and bursts into flames - Regular Driver

Police say the call came in at 11:47 p.m. Saturday for a single-vehicle crash on Hull Street Road near Pocoshock Boulevard. Investigators say the driver of a Tesla ran off the road, hit a tree, and then burst into flames.

The road was closed for several hours. The two people in the car did get out.

Another Tesla veers off the road into a tree and bursts into flames. Fortunately the occupants were not cremated and managed to get out.
