On page 25 of the Form 8K from HAQ cited by ‘wjlknew’ in message #2886, it says that the Protexia IND is expected to be filed in 4Q08. This is consistent with the timing given in the Bioworld article in #msg-16411383.
The Protexia timeline shown in the HAQ filing is as follows:
