Hopefully, it does - of the items the company said they are working on we can look for the following:
Name/symbol change (completed)
S-1 Registration for Global Corporate Finance - to cover the $5 mil line of credit they are extending
Uplisting to OTCQB - at a minimum they have implied that these need to happen to access funding
Then they said their 1st step would be an acquisition so that they have revenues. I would think that means, sufficient revenues to cover their expenses. I doubt that Global would put up a LOT of operating cash, with the potential that they funded the company for $5mil and have nothing to show for it.
Worst case we have to wait for the annual report, due by the end of March - we'll see if the current trend of buying continues - if it does we are getting closer. IMO
