We all know that ..........

The point is, answering the question concerning the lowest you will accept in a buyout can't hurt anyone .....

If shareholders say "$1.00" and an acquirer offers nasrat a $1.00 he can say NO and the shareholders will never even know about the offer ..... BUT if the shareholders would all say "$4.00" and an acquirer offers $1.00, then nasrat will know, our shareholders will not accept $1.00 !!!!!!!!!!
