Okay ... I understand that may be his reasoning, but if he is ready to sell the company NOW "let's say in 2025 or at the latest, 2026", and can't get an acceptable offer, how happy is he going to be going forward and uplisting to the Nasdaq after a reverse split ............
Hopefully as you say, we sell Elite sometime this year and India and everything else is a moot point,
