Elite will have a shareholder meeting in the late spring/early summer which will include a tour of the new facility.

At the meeting, shareholders will vote to conduct a 1 for 10 reverse split in order to meet Nasdaq requirements.

Subsequent to the reverse split, a buyout will take place in early 2027. By this time, several billion dollar ANDA BE studies will have been completed and/or launched, in addition to Generic OxyContin.

Nasrat ACKNOWLEDGED in the CC yesterday that he will address mine and others Mikah concerns during the CC in June.

He essentially ADMITTED Elite will have purchased Mikah's Adderall ownership by then.

And as a reminder, Elite JUST paid Mikah OVER HALF ($2,149,445) of the Adderall profit splits to them, with the remaining $1,858,629 to be paid BY MARCH 31, 2025, leaving Mikah PAID IN FULL with regards to the Adderall profit splits.

So the next step is how much we pay for Mikah's rights of the Adderalls moving forward, leaving Elite with 100 PERCENT ownership. (Again, this will have already taken place by the June CC)
