So lets get this straight. It was stated they were working on a nice deal to be released next week, then they tell you the deal and I quote "working on a JV with a major telcom Company to be released in the coming days" So they told you what the deal was but just never divulged who with, which I might not be mentioned anyway if there's an NDA. You don't know how the OTC works by now? Now wonder your upset and bashing.
