Stop lying. NoRide does not have a "strong manufacturing base". NoRide doesn't even have a weak manufacturing base. NoRide has NO manufacturing base. Or EV IP. Or employees.

I get my info from Rent-A-CEO Gallagher, when he files with the SEC. NoRide's SEC filings cleary state that NoRide is a shell with no means of generating revenue. NoRide's biggest asset is its LOI, but they grow staler with each passing month.
