There is always waste, how much do you people ship to poor countries. Australia does too. And there have been very bad scandals in biggest banks. The companies still survive. USAID does more good than any of them. The witch-hunt is more about cutting programs they have an ideologue opposition to than about finding waste. You will understand when it is over.
